Headteacher’s Welcome

As Headteacher of Dibden Park School it is a privilege to lead this extraordinary school, which serves children and young people, aged 8 to 16, with social, emotional, and mental health needs.

We offer an exceptional education, in stunning grounds, with the opportunity for children and young people to develop skills beyond the classroom, ready for life in modern Britain.

Our school provides a trauma informed approach where every child or young person has the opportunity to thrive both academically and personally, through a tailored curriculum based upon Outcomes First Group’s, 3 C’s model of ‘Connect, Co-Regulate and Co-Reflect’, which is weaved into all we do.

We focus on building resilience, self-confidence, and essential life skills, equipping our young people with the skills to face the future with positivity, nurturing each child or young person’s individual talents.

At Dibden Park School we are proud of our school community and I am proud to lead a committed and dedicated staff team, where students receive tailored support through our;

  • Highly trained staff
  • In house clinical therapy team
  • Trauma Informed Practice
  • Pastoral support team
  • Fantastic grounds
  • Small classes, tailored for each child and young person’s individual needs
  • Bespoke curriculum

Whether it’s through academic guidance, pastoral care, or extracurricular activities, we strive to ensure every child or young person thrives and finds success, ultimately developing a sense of belonging within their community and beyond.

I look forward to working with you and your child or young person on this exciting journey of learning and development.
