Science investigation

Minstead Class explored the structure and function of joints, tendons, and cartilage by examining chicken legs. Through this hands-on investigation, students observed how tendons connect muscles to bones, how cartilage provides cushioning at the joints, and how movement is facilitated by these structures. This activity helped deepen their understanding of the human skeletal system by drawing comparisons with the chicken’s anatomy.
